Q. How do I know that 5% of my purchase is going to my National Foundation?
A. We will be keeping a running tally of all donations on your organizations page and will announce milestones on our social media channels. Donation checks will be mailed out on a quarterly basis. You can also request an email noting your total donation by emailing email@example.com

Q. When will my order be processed?
A. Orders are processed in 1-2 business days.
Q. When will my order ship?
A. Apparel orders may take up to 10-12 business days if the item is not in stock. Most accessory orders ship within 1-2 business days. If your order is time-sensitive, please email firstname.lastname@example.org to let us know. We will do our best to fulfill your order in your desired timeframe. If we cannot meet your delivery date, we will be happy to give you a refund.
Q: How do the orders ship?
A: Orders will ship via USPS and it takes 1-4 business days to arrive based on where you live. Please note that USPS has been experiencing some delays and we cannot guarantee shipping transit times.
Q. Do you accept returns?
A. Absolutely! If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you may return it for a full refund. EMAIL US with 5 business days and we will provide you with a pre-paid shipping label to return the product.
